Bhavesh T. Joshi BSc. Ost Dip. TCM Acup. Ayurveda (Dip), NLP Director & Principal Bhavesh qualified as an Osteopath from the British School of Osteopathy and has been practising and lecturing for nearly 20 years. He is the Principal of the London School of Massage which was set up in 1994.
He was the Clinical Director and a Senior lecturer at the College of Osteopaths (2000) as well as holding the post of Senior Lecturer (Applied Anatomy) and Clinical Supervisor at the London School of Osteopathy (1995 - 2000). He has also worked for the British School of Osteopathy as a "Demonstrator in Anatomy", lecturing to Osteopathic students at the Royal College of Surgeons.
He is a qualified Assessor and Internal Verifier for the various examination boards as well as attaining his teacher training qualifications. Bhavesh is also a qualified NLP Practitioner, Traditional Chinese Acupuncturist and has trained in Ayurvedic treatments and massage techniques in Central and South India. He is a gifted teacher who has a knack of making subjects easy and understandable as well as helping individuals realise their full potential.
He teaches, and is involved with most of the courses including, Anatomy, Physiology & Holistic Massage, Sports Injuries & Massage, Advanced Bodywork, Indian Head Massage and Ayurvedic Massage.
Jason Broughton Manager and Trainer
Before joining the London School of Massage, Jason spent over 25 years working in the packaging and graphic design industry. 12 of those years was spent in China and Hong Kong setting up and developing design and photography studios, providing packaging graphics and photography for leading retailers and blue chip companies.
Jason discovered his passion for holistic therapies in the 90's after a series of events lead him to discover Reiki, which then lead to a passion for Indian Head and Body Massage. He now works tirelessly at the London School of Massage as a Manager and Trainer. Although a dedicated Trainier, Jason's primary role is managing the day-to-day business of the school and it's students.

Tony started his early professional life as a senior automotive executive living and working in Sweden, Denmark, Czech Republic and Italy.
A spinal injury led him to develop a huge interest in holistic massage therapies over the last 6 years, in particular Aromatherapy and Reiki. After some reflection he decided to make a complete lifestyle change and dedicate the next phase of his life as a qualified holistic practitioner. Following the achievement of his professional ITEC qualifications he began to practice privately in Italy and went on to qualify as a Reiki practitioner in which he achieved the Master Teacher level.
Although content with his new way of life treating and healing people with a wide range of both emotional and physical problems he was keen to use his management and presentation skills to bring the rewards of his studies and treatment experience to a wider audience. He is committed to spreading the added value and enhancement a qualified knowledge can bring to all forms and styles of holistic therapy.
Tony is qualified as a level 1 practitioner of Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder Technique) and is therefore well equipped to provide an exceptional level of tutoring in theory and practical knowledge in our own non clinical FHT approved Manual Lymphatic Drainage course.
Tony teaches ITEC Body Massage, Aromatherapy, Reiki and Lymphatic Drainage Massage courses.
Matthew Crolla (BSc Hons) ITEC Trainer, Holistic, Sports 3 & 4, Deep Tissue, Stretch Massage, Onsite Chair Massage
In 2011 Matthew completed a self-led charity run down France and part way across Spain however during the event he received numerous injuries. This created an interest in therapy and rehabilitation and during his degree studying Outdoor Studies – Performance, he had the opportunity to complete a 6 month self-study on the biomechanics of gait analysis to assess and manage the injuries he had acquired.
Upon completing university he gained invaluable hands on experience working alongside personal trainers and chiropractors which inspired him to gain qualification in massage. Upon completion of his ITEC and BTEC qualifications he began working at a physiotherapy and a chiropractic clinic where he worked with a wide variety of clients ranging from sporting injuries to degenerative diseases.
With a thirst for knowledge, a year later he completed his Sports Massage qualifications and applied for a Physiotherapy degree which he will begin in September 2016. Matthew is very passionate about health and preventative therapies as well as the holistic nature of the human body and its interactions which he aims to convey through his teaching style and approach.

Malgorzata (Gosia) Kowalska Trainer, Physiotherapist, Pregnancy and Baby Massage
Gosia qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2010, but her continuous enquiry of the human body and mind began her journey in the Complementary Medicine field. She is currently completing her Master’s Degree in Complementary Medicine.
One of the most important principles that she follows in her practice is treating patients holistically. Combining this aspiration and using her Physiotherapy experience, as a foundation, influenced her decision to train in Pilates (mat-work level 1,2,3), Ante and Post Natal Pilates, Holistic Massage Therapy, Indian Head Massage, Pregnancy and Labour Massage, Baby Massage and Baby Yoga and Reflexology.
As well as teaching, she runs a very successful practice in North West London.
Tracie Da SouzaBSc (Hons) Occupational Therapy ITEC Trainer, Holistic Massage, Sports Massage, Reflexology, Reiki, Hopi Ear Candles, Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head Massage / Chair Massage
Tracie qualified as an Occupational Therapist (OT) and gained her BSc. (Hons.) degree in 1998. She recently managed the Occupational Therapy service, covering two hospital sites for Peninsula Health in Melbourne, Australia.
Tracie practiced as an O.T. in a number of fields including in long term and acute mental health, learning disabilities, hospital settings such as surgery, orthopaedics and medicine and then returned full circle to Social Services until finally setting up as an independent practitioner with a special interest in oncology and palliative care.
This special interest led her to look into becoming a more holistic practitioner where she completed courses in ITEC Holistic Massage, Sports Massage, Indian Head Massage and Reflexology as well as completing and practicing Reiki, Hot Stone Therapy and Deep Tissue Massage. She is also a student fieldwork educator and mentor to Occupational Therapy students endeavouring to become qualified practitioners and tries to keep her knowledge and practice in all studied therapies up to date.
She has now extended her role to include that of a Corporate Trainer, working for Body Basics in offering the corporate world an introduction to the world of holistic therapies. .
Yogesh Dave(BSc) ITEC Trainer, Holistic & Therapeutic Massage & Indian head Massage
Yogesh initially trained and qualified to work within the Pharmaceutical Industry in the East Midlands region.
Always having an interest in the human body, he first went onto lecture to groups of students in Human Anatomy before studying the ITEC diploma in Anatomy, Physiology & Body Massage. Fired up by his thirst for knowledge he continued his studying with further training in ITEC Sports Massage and Injuries and ITEC Indian Head Massage Diploma.
He is a qualified Assessor and Internal Verifier for the various awarding bodies. He runs his busy practice from his hometown in Knighton, Leicestershire.
He teaches the diploma courses in Anatomy, Physiology & Holistic Massage, Sports Injuries and Indian Head Massage.
Christo graduated from Middlesex University with a BSc (Hons) degree in Sports Rehabilitation and Injury Prevention. He has also received an award from the London Sports Institute honouring excellence in sports achievement.
During the course of his Academic study Christo had the opportunity to work alongside medical professionals in treating athletic injuries in a variety of sports at junior, collegiate and amateur level, including sports teams in the UK and the USA. He is a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and an Advanced Instructor with the register of exercise professionals UK.
He currently runs a busy practice and works with a number of sports teams managing musculoskeletal and soft tissue injuries.
He brings his wealth of knowledge to the school by teaching on the ITEC Sports Massage and Injuries course.
Ami Lewis Reflexology, Holistic Massage, Indian Head Massage & Pregnancy Massage
Ami Lewis originally qualified in Movement and Drama in Therapy during 1986 from the London School of Speech and Drama. She then moved on and began teaching movement and drama workshops for abused children in care.
Ami qualified in Holistic Massage in 1994 and Reflexology with the Association of Reflexologists during 1998. Ami continues to work both privately and corporately in a well-known five star spa. Ami’s enthusiasm for learning continued and she added more therapies to her repertoire, such as; Advanced Reflexology, Indian head massage, Onsite Massage, Pregnancy Massage and Ytsara spa treatments.
Prior to joining the London School of Massage, Ami taught Reflexology and ITEC holistic massage at Westminster adult education services.
Ami is now eager to share her passion and knowledge using a mindful, results-driven approach to providing reflexology treatments with the Students of the London School of Massage.
