Kinesiology Taping Course (CMA, IGCT Accredited)

This Kinesiology Taping (K-Taping) courseis open to any individuals who have prior training in Body Massage or higher.

It is open to practising massage therapists as well as Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Chiropractors and Sports Science practitioners.


About this Kinesiology Taping Course ...

This course in Kinesiology Taping will focus on providing the theory as well as practical application of Kinesiology Tape (K-Tape) over a 1 day workshop.  It will focus on the clinical use of of how and why to apply the tape as well as consider some common areas and situations where K-Taping can help.

What will I Learn on this Kinesiology Taping Course ...

This Kinesiology Taping coursewill guide practitioners the theory of K-Taping and clinical practice in the application of for common clinical scenarios.  It aims to allow the smooth and effective integration of these techniques into your own daily practice.

Learn the Theory and Clinical Application of:

  • Understand the theory and benefits of Kinesiology Taping.
  • Kinesiology Tape & It’s Properties
  • Know the relevant methods and how to prepare for a treatment.
  • Be aware of the main contraindications.
  • Have a working knowledge of Kinesiology Taping.
  • Know the relevant skills and how to use the appropriate tools for Kinesiology Taping.
  • Be able to use and apply Kinesiology Taping.


Kinesiology Taping Course Prerequisites ...

Students must hold an Ofqual accredited Level 3 Diploma in Massage including Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology - or equivalent, or higher.

Without an accredited Diploma, you may be able to attend this course or be able to join the CMA, IICT, or other professional body.

When submitting your Student Details form, you must also supply us with copies of your existing accredited qualifications to receive the course certificate. Supplying this information too late may result in your certificate being printed without the FHT and IICT logos. Additional charges may be incurred to print the correct certificate.

This Kinesiology Taping course is taught as a fast track and intensive program.

It is covered over a total period of: 1 day.
