We are expanding our team in 2025 and have the following positions available:

Receptionist/Administrator

Start Date: February 2025

This role is for 16 hours per week at our Caledonian Road office, hours to be discussed.

An ideal role for those looking for part time work within the sector and with the opportunity to extend hours in the future.

The ideal candidate will have:

-          Previous experience in a similar role

-          Excellent customer service skills

-          Knowledge of the massage/complementary therapies industry sector

-          Local to Kings Cross or within easy commuting distance

-          A friendly and approachable manner

-          Flexible with holiday and sick cover

Job Roles

Front of house duties – opening/closing, welcoming students and clients, cleaning and tidying, printing course materials and setting up classrooms

Reception duties – booking courses, clinic appointments and taking payments. Answering queries via phone, e-mail and walk-ins.

Successful applicants will be offered trial day and further training provided thereafter.

Lecturer

Start Date: January 2025

We're currently recruiting for trainers to help expand our team and be able to offer more courses. We are looking for trainers to teach:

Sports Level 4 (ITEC/VTCT)

Sports Level 5 (ITEC/VTCT)

Aromatherapy Level 3 (ITECVTCT)

Level 3 Massage (ITEC/VTCT)

To qualify for any or all of these rolls, we require you to be;

-     Passionate and energetic about your Therapy

-     Qualified in your Therapy at the same level or higher for a minimum of 2-years

-     Already have, or be working towards a teaching qualification; PTTLS or AET Level 3, similar or higher

-     Have some basic or full Teaching or Training experience

-     Actively working in your Therapy with a minimum of 2-years experience

Our courses are part-time and we sometimes also need cover teachers for some of our courses. If you would like to apply but aren’t sure you can commit full-time, please contact us to discuss.

Massage Therapist (newly qualified)

We are looking for newly qualified therapists in Level 3 Massage and Deep Tissue to join our clinic near Kings Cross.

Entry Requirements:

Newly qualified within the last 3 months at the London School of Massage

Availability one day a week (Wednesday) between 11am - 4pm.

Qualifications and insurance in Level 3 Massage and Deep Tissue.

What we offer:

We provide all the equipment and take the bookings

The position is available for one month (4 days total) and then the opportunity is given to another student

Therapists receive 50% of booking

Our clinic will offer discounted rates with newly qualified therapists, we hope this will allow students to gain some real life experience as well as being in a friendly and helpful environment with lots of mentors available.
