VTCT (ITEC) Body Massage Course (Level 3 RQF) Diploma

This massage course is open to all beginners.

It is suitable as a foundation to further advanced massage courses and includes training in Anatomy, Physiology and pathology.

For those who are already qualified in Anatomy & Physiology, you are able to study the Massage course as a seperate subject.

About this VTCT (ITEC) Massage Diploma Course

This massage diploma course will get you started in your massage career.  This will be your professional entry level to continue studying more complimentary massage based therapies.

You will study Anatomy and Physiology to a level 3 qualification as well as massage. Human Anatomy and Physiology is the study of human beings - the structure of our bodies and how they work.  This study can often be used to provide exemption from the Anatomy and Physiology elements of future courses.

Level 3 massage will qualify you to professionally give Holisitc / Swedish style massage.  Including the use of oils and client care.  Upon completion you will be able to call yourself A Holisitc Massage Therapist and gain practitioners insurance, taking advantage of many job opportunits or moving on to our many other CPD and VTCT (ITEC) certified courses.

We are currently offering the Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology element via online lectures.

If you have decided to take the online training option, the structure will be as follows:

Part 1) Lectures via Zoom covering the Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology element.

Part 2) Practical lectures at the school will include the demonstration and application of different massage techniques, incorporated into a 45 minute treatment. 5 days.

*Note* You can opt to just take the Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology as a stand alone qualification. You would need to complete the same dates and online lectures, work through the workbooks & quizzes provided - once you feel ready, then you are able to take your final exam online via the ITEC student portal. You need to book this via our A&P course page, click here.
