The VTCT Level 3 Award in Education and Training is an introductory teacher training qualification for people who want to teach, train or support adult learners.
Often called the Level 3 AET course, it replaces the former PTLLS qualification and provides a recognised foundation in lesson planning, inclusive teaching, assessment, learner support and reflective practice.
