The Kinesiology Taping Course at London School of Massage (LSM) is a practical, hands-on CPD training course for qualified massage therapists and healthcare practitioners who want to learn how to apply kinesiology tape safely and effectively within professional practice.
Kinesiology taping, also known as K-Taping, uses elastic therapeutic tape to support muscles, joints and soft tissue structures without restricting natural movement. It is commonly used by massage therapists, sports massage therapists, physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractors and sports practitioners to support clients with movement, recovery, muscular tension and postural or activity-related discomfort.
This one-day Kinesiology Taping course in London teaches both the theory and practical application of kinesiology tape.
