Our Massage for Cellulite course (also known as anti-cellulite massage) teaches targeted manual techniques - and optional tool-assisted methods - to stimulate circulation, support lymphatic drainage and help reduce the visible signs of cellulite. You’ll build a clear understanding of how cellulite forms (including vascular and intercellular tissue changes and grading) so you can apply techniques confidently and ethically within a professional massage course framework.
Upon successful completion of this course, you’ll be fully equipped to integrate Cellulite Massage techniques into your existing massage practice.
To enrol on this Cellulite Massage course, learners must hold an OFQUAL-accredited Level 3 Diploma in Massage (or equivalent) that includes Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology.

The course may include techniques for the thighs, hips, glutes, abdomen, arms, legs and back, with guidance on adapting pressure, pace and technique to the client’s comfort, tissue response and suitability.
Cellulite Massage may support relaxation, circulation, lymphatic flow, tissue comfort and a temporary improvement in the appearance of cellulite for some clients. Results vary and should not be guaranteed.
Techniques may include effleurage, brisk friction, kneading, plucking, lifting, rolling, Palpé Roulé-style tissue mobilisation, tapotement and lymphatic-supportive strokes. Cupping may also be discussed where appropriate.
