Frequently Asked Questions:

Dynamic Assisted Stretching Course London

What is Dynamic Assisted Stretching?

Dynamic assisted stretching is an active, movement-based stretching technique where a trained massage therapist guides controlled stretches through a full range of motion to improve mobility, flexibility and functional movement.

Stretch massage helps increase flexibility, improve range of motion, reduce muscle tightness, enhance circulation and support injury prevention and recovery.

Dynamic assisted stretching is good for athletes and sports performers, gym-goers, dancers, and active individuals who want to improve mobility, flexibility and performance. It is also beneficial for desk-based workers, people with muscle tightness or restricted movement, and clients recovering from training or repetitive strain, as it helps improve range of motion, posture and movement efficiency when delivered by a trained professional.
